What are flower essences?

Flower essences are the least invasive form of subtle body medicine that interact with whatever negative emotions a person is experiencing to gently and safely bring them back into a positive state. They are made by infusing the flower’s energetic signature into spring water. Flower essences are based on the energy field of the plant.

Are they essential oils?

Flower essences are not essential oils.  They differ from essential oils in that the flower essences contain no physical part of the plant. As such, they contain no scent, inherent taste, allergens etc. For example, a person who is allergic to oak can safely ingest the oak flower essence without experiencing any allergic reaction.
How long does it take for them to work?
Flower remedies get to work as soon as the first drop is ingested. Many people report feeling an internal shift occur within the first 3-4 days of taking the drops. However, it can take approximately 3 weeks to notice a more significant and lasting shift.

For problems that are situational and/or temporary, the flowers work more immediately. However, with problems that are more deeply ingrained, it is advisable that the flowers be taken for a longer duration of time.  In general, the longer the problem has persisted, the longer one may need to take the flower remedies. Results vary and every situation is unique.

It is best to make them part of your routine by incorporating them into your daily rituals. For example, you might add them to your morning coffee or tea, just as you might incorporate cream and sugar. Or you may add them to the water bottle you carry around with you.

Can children and pets use the flower remedies? Yes! In fact, children, pets and even plants respond extremely well to flower essence therapy.
